Hays sculptor Pete Felten
Pete Felten of Hays is an acclaimed Limestone sculptor in the state of Kansas. He acquired the talent of sculpting /stone carving purely by accident. Some of his sculptures are displayed in the rotunda of the capitol rotunda in Topeka. He says that sculpting is a fun way of expressing art and that it is constantly a challenge. He describes the technique of relief, a difficult method of sculpting.
