Pre-COVID, Columbus funk band MojoFlo had a standing Mardi Gras gig at The Maison on the world-famous Frenchmen Street in New Orleans. When frontwoman Amber Knicole found herself craving some of its regional cuisine, she sought out the signature BBQ Shrimp recipe from Mr. B’s Bistro with a custom creole seasoning.
